I have done MBA in media after 1 year at an IT cpany as engineer is working in radio but is not happy with CTC is there any hope career,ed

I have done MBA in media but couldnt get high package salary & now is confused to go for further studies in abroad for good package or stay back here to try for more opportunities in India. I have also done BE in computer and have one year experience in IT.
