I have done MBA in telecom management from Janardan Rai Nagar, Rajasthan, 2004-06, certificate in 2009, is my MBA valid for ECA via WES?

Distance MBA course in telecom management done in 2004-2006 from Pune IITM. Certificate & marksheets provided by Janardan Rai Nagar, Rajasthan Vidyapeeth - certificate provided in 2009. Now I am applying for Canada PR & need to get ECA done via WES, please let me know if my MBA certificate is valid?
