I have done MBA(Marketing) from SMU,but i have interest in IT,which will suit me better-HR jobs or Web Development or computer Networking?

Am BSc graduate,done Web development course using PHP MySQL.Course covered JS,CSS,HTML etc. But I'm less confident as to go in this line as the salary is low & am not able to grasp it fully & even though PHP is claimed as easy I cant do programming independntly.Also my MBA is not in HR.So HR or PHP?
