I have done MBA(MKTG) but I want to get into some technical job & go abroad.Is there any way?

I am not good in communication so am not confident in management jobs.Plus I dont like sales.My only option is S/W.As I am 34 I cant do engineering. So if I become a PHP developer(if i succeed to become one as I not very fond of computer programming) will that help me go abroad?or i go 4 networking?
