I have done MBA(MKTG) from SMU but dont like sales ,want to go abroad(eg Italy,Spain,Gulf,USA,Can,Aus,NZ) outside India.What i need to do?

I hate sales.I have several options playing in mind-1)Doing any s/w course like PHP or Dot Net 2)do networking courses eg- CCNA/MCSE etc 3)Diploma Civil engg from ICE(Instt of Civil engineers),Delhi. As I am 34 male from kolkata,I cant do regular.Any other course u can suggest or any good advice?
