    Go for Ph.D, it will bring in more opportunities as terms of professional growth. Also, you can do Business on your own. Best luck.

    After MBA, there are so many courses that can improve your skill and you prepared as per market performance.
    Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
    Project Management Professional (PMP) Chartered Financial Analyst CFA these are some course that will more useful for you after MBA. Good luck.

    ISB Certificate Programme in Business Analytics (CBA).
    Fellow Programmes in Management from IIMS.
    NSE's Certification in Financial Markets.
    Executive MBA from a Reputed University/Institution.
    Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D ) in Management.
    Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
    Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Exam.
    Doctor of Business (DBA).
    SAP course.
    Post Graduate Diploma in Computer applications (PGDCA).
    Personality development course.

    You have two options, either do a job, or if you want to study further, then you can do Ph.D in any management field.

    If you have more than 60% marks in MBA, you can go for Ph.D and enter the field of teaching.

    If you are interested in finance, you can do CFA, or else can pursue second MBA from an international business school.
