i have done mbbs from a private college .i wish to do pg from usa are there colleges which can give direct admission without usmle
my choices include radiology medicine surgery urology

What is said above about the MBBS degree is true. You may do your pg from the Russian Federation, and upon receiving the internationally recognized Masters degree (as per the Amendments of the Bologna Convention) you can practice anywhere in Europe or in whichever country you wish to settle in.
