I have done MBBS here & i am to go to australia, my wife is b.physio, she will do masters there & i will be dependant so what shuld i do?

Sir the problem is both of us doing masters in australia will be expensive so my wife will do masters and i will do full time job there and i want to do some kind of medical related jobs till she completes the course then i will start my masters so what should i do, i am really confused.
