i have done mbbs in india. what is the scope of doing md in new zealand?

i have completed my mbbs indec 2010. i wish to do md in singapore because my husband is doing hotel management and he will soon get a job there. i have no other option. kindly let me know if there is any entrance exam or anyother procedure for the same?
