Sir, Actually I am working there as off role employee..should i go for Diploma in Telecom or BE/B tech for future or mca degree is enough in this telecom field? please suggest or guide me. thanks.

Hi!
No BE is not equivalent to MCA, both are different to each other. BE is 4 years graduation course in any specialization (Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical/Computer Science / Automotive / IT.etc) while MCA (Master in Computer Applications) is a post graduation degree course in Computer Science

I heard for some positions in some firms MCA is considered equivalent to BE, but there are exceptions in many industries.
