To pursue M.tech in Telecommunication, the basic requirement is a B.E/ B.Tech degree from a recognized University with good academic record but as you are not belonging to the engineering field getting to the M.tech course would be difficult and may differ from institute to institute and

thapar university is the 17 th best university in india.and the campus is just beautiful its best..so go ahead.nd doing m.tech in telecommunication is not good enough pursue the studies iin ur own respective field...dont be jack of all master of none...go ahead all the best
