PGDM degree is offered by an institute. Telling specifically about Great Lakes Institute of Management, the college offers PGDM to students who have work experience from 0-2 years and PGPM degree to students who have a work experience of more than 2 years. The duration of the course is 2-year and 1-year respectively.
