I have done ME( TRANSPORTATION-CIVIL) with 80% & I want to do PHD from CANADA but without scholarship it is not possible for me to study in canada.Please guide if your Universities will help me.

Your question is very confusing. Are you looking for scholarships along with PHD or are you looking for a PHD program without scholarships?? Please clarify my doubt so that i can solve your queries.
