When you pursue management from an engineering background, choice of stream is more on your interest or comfort + market trend, that is to be taken into consideration. Normally, Marketing / Operations are the most common field taken by an engineering students.

Sameer, one must choose the MBA specialization subject based on the kind of job one wants to do. Any stream would be beneficial if career is made in accordance with it. - Finance.
- Marketing.
- Human resources.
- Operations management, etc.
As per your profile pursuing MBA in operations management or finance would be the best option for you.
