I have done Mining engineering but working in construction field from last 12 years. I don't have civil background. What should I do?
I have completed BE Mining in 2002 with 73%. I have never worked in mining field and have more than 12 years’ experience in construction field basically in thermal power plants.

A PG Diploma or an MBA in construction management will be useful to you to move ahead in your career. Visit http://www.nicmar.ac.in/ and http://www.gicmar.org/.
