I have done MSc i Microbiology and have 8 yrs of research experience.will it be useful for me to shift my career to clinical SAS? prospects?

I have research experience of 8 yrs in institutes like NCCS Pune,NIN Hydbd and Sahyadri hospital pune as research fellow and scientific officer.will i get a good job if i do clinical SAS programming? what is its scope in India?
