i have done Msc in chemistry from bhopal university and i want to do phD in chemistry .kindly suggest me institutes where i can persue phD.

IISc bangalore is the best in india, however u can doit in other reputed instiutes like BITS-pilani and so, but will have to browse their websites for the admission process
