I have done MSc in Nursing. Can i do phd in Psychology through open university?

It will be a contrast to do PHD in psychology after doing MSc in nursing. Anyways, there is no restriction on you that you should undertake research in same stream.
There are multiple private / open universities which are offering PHD courses. You need to identify right university which will allow
