I have done MSc.-IT frm MDS university ,ajmer.Now i wanna do MCA by lateral entery . Is it valuable to do MCA by lateral entery?

hi swati, why r u want 2 do MCA u have already completed MSC IT.that means u already a completed master degree.so,u can go for p.hd or any specialization that is valuable for u than MCA.

Hi Swati, As you have already pursued your M.Sc IT, opting for a MCA would definitely add knowledge in the technical side but then there are least of institutes offering MCA through the lateral mode. You can join in 2nd year BCA, most of the University will allow you to join the 2nd year.

hey msc(it)is of one yr.an after doin this we can directly got admission in mca final yr..means two degree in 3 years ..?is this true..???

Hi Swati. Let make it clear that there is no lateral entry for MCA. If you want to do MCA you must write the test known as CET and get admission into the best college for MCA. All the best. Regards. Manish
