I have done Msc zoology but dont have relevant experience in cell and molecular research technology in my own field. How do i get it.

I have done Msc but in order to work as project assitant or to work with any reserch based projects they demand an experience in cell culture or molecular technology or other related field. So is there any institute offering this training programmes or anything.What should i do?
