I have done my 10 in 1993.However could not pursue further studies.Now I want to pursue studies along with my job which is in IT field.Request you to guide me accordingly.

Dear,
As you have not passed 12th then you can't go for Graduation program but yes you have an option do Diploma course like ( DIT ) Diploma in Information Technology from any institute and even you can complete your DIT within 1yr only by taking fast track option .
After doing DIT you can do GDIT
