I have done my 10th from Delhi board. Can I go for Diploma in fashion designing and after that can I pursue bachelors in the same?
I tried to pursue Diploma in engineering but after 2 years I realized that civil engineering isn't my cup of tea. I am interested in painting and sketching.

Yes, why not.
If you are interested and have scored satisfactory marks for fashion designing, then you can proceed for Diploma.
