I have done my 10th in surat, joined classes in kota will my domicile of gujarat go if I do my 11th & 12 th (cbse) in rajasthan

I want to know about scholing, shall i go for state or cbse reason it is been said that 85% seat are given to state board stdent & 15 for cbse,pls guide me which 1 will be supportive 4 me at the time of admission in NIT & IIT what is 40% weightage % 60% ,where is it applicable & how it is derived
