I have done my 12th (74.8%) from open schooling and Bsc IT(67.8%) from distance edu. program of PTU , can i take admission in regular LLB ?

I have done my 12th Non-medical (74.8%) from National Indian Open Schooling and Bsc IT(67.8%) from distance education program of Punjab Technical University , can i take admission in regular LLB ?
