    You can try to ask the colleges directly for the admission, but the chances are really slim. Some universities might provide you admission, just try to contact multiple colleges via phone and visit them if they agree.

    It is not possible, as the basic eligibility for doing BCA is at least you must have scored 55% marks in your class 12th, but your score is much lower than the requirement, so it is impossible.
