I have done my 12th from ICSE board with 85%. How can I study computer science abroad? Which country should I choose?
My financial condition is not strong enough and I have started preparing for SAT and IELTS.

Good choice. But everything depends on your course and personal interests. For example, if you are looking for any automotive courses, UK and Germany are the best options. On the other hand, MBA is good in Canada, USA and UK. So it depends. Once your course is finalised, you can decide the country.
