I have done my 12th in commerce with 70.4%. Can I apply for B.Com honors in NSOU?

    Yes. You can apply. Eligibility required for B.Com in NSOU:
    *Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination or equivalent from a recognised board are eligible.
    *Candidate must have Passed BPP with PSO from NSOU / Passed 10+2 in Vocational Courses from a recognised board are also eligible.
