I have done my 12th in non-medical with 53% and got 70% in 10th (ICSE board). Am I eligible study in Canada or not?

I have got 6 bands in IELTS.

You would be eligible for pathway courses or foundation diplomas. These are courses which help you upgrade your marks out teach you skills which help in getting a job. You can only apply for a visa after you have been accepted by a recognised Canadian institute.
