I have done my 12th in non-medical with 68% and graduation with 50%. Can I do Diploma on the basis of 12th?

Yes, you can pursue Diploma on the basis on 12th marks but you need to check the eligibility first for the course you wish to pursue. In case, you are eligible for it, then you can apply for the same.
