I have done my 12th with 46%. Am I eligible to pursue B.Tech?

You have to score at least 45% in PCM group to qualify for Engineering. If you have one mark less, then you cannot make it for Engineering. If you are open student then it requires 50% marks in PCM, and if you are category student you require 45% marks. Best of Luck in future.
