Let me try to explain. TN gives admissions only to those who are domicile of TN. Hence if you are qualifying then only you can get admission under normal course. Of course, for outsiders, there is management quota.
For getting admission in a college in Maharashtra, you need to pass MHCET. -
Pursuing computer science engineering is a trend nowadays. Everyone wants to study CSE so it is a little bit tough to get CSE in good colleges. But it's not impossible.
You should try for private engineering college's entrance exam.
