I have done my 12th with 70% but got failed in mathematics. Can I pursue B.Pharma or B.Arch now?

Hi Ayan,
Sorry to say, but you need to clear all the subjects to get admission in higher classes. For now, you should clear that particular subject (mathematics). After clearing, you will be eligible to take admission in higher classes.
