I have done my 12th with 70%. Which colleges and entrances would be best for me other than JEE?

    You can go through your state engineering entrance exams/ private university exams and qualify them. Based on counselling, you'll get a admission in a college.

    Yes, your score is good. The minimum criteria are only 60%, but you are above minimum criteria, so no need to worry. Exams you should apply are WBJEE BITS PILANI BITSAT COMEDK, CUSAT, IPU, Manipal University, Pissat etc.
