I have done my 12th with 75% and I will be doing BBA. Can I pursue this course alongside to get a good placement?

There is no best course. It depends on what aspect of business you are planning to pursue after graduating, marketing, finance or advertising. If there is one area that you should really concentrate on doing well, it is the accounting. Everyone hates it, but it is the key to a successful business. If you really know accounting, you can spot the problematic areas of a business, and apply resources to fix a problem before it becomes a major problem. Outside of classic business courses, communications skills are very important. Being able to express yourself clearly, logically, and on one typewritten page (250 words on email), will do wonders. Being able to speak well (clearly, logically and concisely) is also important. Take a speech class. Consider joining a debating club. Upper management is very busy. Being able to argue your point of view quickly is a plus. Outside of this core, a broad-based liberal arts curriculum is good. You will be interacting with many different types of individuals, and being able to quickly recognize their interests and show some degree of understanding is important. I hope it will help you.
