I have done my 12th with 75% and I will be doing BBA. Can I pursue this course alongside to get a good placement?

There is no best course. It depends on what aspect of business you are planning to pursue after graduating, marketing, finance or advertising.
If there is one area that you should really concentrate on doing well, it is the accounting. Everyone hates it, but it is the key to a successful business.
