I have done my 12th with 86.6% and I belong to SC category. Can I get admission in any college for B.Tech?
I have not given JEE and PET exam.

Yes, you can go for direct admission based on XII percentage. But you won't be able to get a seat in government funded. You can look for Private institutes.
