I have done my 12th with 90% and my JEE Mains score is 100 marks. Can I get admission in any NIT? I belong to OBC category.

I think it's difficult to get a good college with mechanical branch but still you can go for counseling and hope that you can get any NIT or you can go for IIIT with other branches.

You will get NIT but with the lower branch. You have an option to change your branch but your marks are not good enough. To change your branch you have to work very hard.

Sorry, with these marks you won't be able to get into NIT's. Moreover, if you want you can try for NIT, Pondicherry and NIT, Manipur's non - technical branches till the last round. Also try to get into State government colleges of your state with your Home state quota or get into big private univer
