I have done my 12th with 93% from commerce. Should I apply for B.Com honors in DU or do CA?

CA requires good knowledge of mathematics. If you have that then go for CA. Also, I would suggest that you should apply for B.Com. Now, so that later you do not have to struggle if you don't do CA.
