Yes, you can easily take admission at Amity University Mumbai through the MHT-CET exam. B.Tech applicants should have completed 10+2 with 60% marks in PCMB/PCB. Admission to B. Tech is done on the basis of performance in Amity JEE or if the candidate has appeared in any State or National level entrance exams (Like JEE mains, COMED-K, MH-CET, etc.) mark sheet along with the Examination

Yes, you can get admission in Amity University Mumbai for a B. Tech in Biotechnology through MHT-CET exam score with minimum of 60% in 12th. But also you may have to appear for Amity's entrance round.
