I have done my 1st year B.Tech from College of Engineering, Roorkee. Can I get lateral entry admission for B.Tech?

    No, lateral entry is only for Diploma holders which can get direct admission in the 2nd-year.

    Lateral entry is only valid for Diploma holders. So, better focus on your study and do it well.

    No, I think it's not possible in India. As LEET is only for Diploma holders or Bachelor's degree holders in science.

    Lateral entry is valid only for Diploma students. As you said you have completed B.Tech 1st year, if you have no backlog then you can apply for another college that is under your current universiy.
