I have done my 1st year of CSE from Akurdi, Pune. Can I take lateral 2nd year admission in FC College?

Hello Sambhaji, Seeking transfer to another engineering college is next to impossible. This is so since colleges see it as loss of revenue. However, if these two colleges belong to the same management, then perhaps it is feasible.
