You can seek the permission from the college that your are currently working so that you could manage your schedule.

Any reputed institute you can recommend in Mumbai which can help me to complete this with at a reasonable cost?

Why don't you opt for part time if you are a working professional. Else, go for regular complete it first and then get back to your profession.
