i have done my 3 years diploma in civil eng from karnataka technical board of examinations,in 1989 i want to persue AIIA, how do i go about

i have been working under Reg. architects and now i have my own 3d modelling setup, kindly guide me to persue a degree in architure to practice as a registerd architect.
