I have done my Associate from III. Now with current Life Insurance Market what will be better to Learn for a secure growing future.
I have done B Com in 2003, and since than working with an Ins. Corp. Agency with Exp of 11 Years. and as Branch Manager from last 4 Years at GTFS, but in Market no Value for my Exp. found, and I can see myself in Secure Growing Future with an Increasing Income with current profile.Please guide me.

The problem which you are facing is very much common now days in working professional and the only solution to is you should upgrade your profile by completing your Masters.
An MBA will give a immense boost to your career with diverse opportunities.

See Mr.Shashi there are few courses of 6 months or 3 months duration, but that doesnt have much weight-age.As you are moreover concerned about getting better job opportunities, this short term course will not give any sense to your profile.
