I have done my B.Com from a distance college. Will it affect my campus placements after doing MBA?

It will obviously have little impact if the companies are concerned about the grades in graduation otherwise if you are good at management studies, there should not be any problem for your campus recruitment. What I would suggest you to make you CV that will help you through this.
