I have done my B.Com from DU but the problem is it took 4.5 years to complete. Can I get student visa in Canada, America or Australia?

My B.Com (DU) course duration was 3 years but I have completed my B.Com in 4.5 years. Am I eligible for study in Canada or Australia?
