I have done my B.Com from DU with 70% in aggregate. How can I pursue further education in Canada with PG Diploma or Masters in Ireland?

Which would be better option Ireland or Canada keeping in mind that I would like to do for job.

You have to give entrance exams for that like IELTS and TOEFL for foreign studies.
