i have done my b.com graduation and want to become a income tax officer.can u help me wid the application form details and procedures

i am a b.com graduate want to become an income tax officer.i went throughthe procedures given i understood few of them...i went through the link provided but that is not opening up....and did not get the infomation for application forms as well....thank you
