I have done my B.Com (H) with 42% from School of Open Learning (DU). Am I eligible for MBA?

Since your score is quite low and most of the MBA institutes asks of atleast 60%. The chances are quite low but you can try for some private universities. -
No, the minimum requirements for MBA is minimum 50% score in Bachelors, anyways, you can check with Sikkim Manipal Distance learning for Distance MBA.
