If possiblle then do MBA which help you to polish your career,no doubt you have 12years experience which help you more after doing MBA.

Take the Executive MBA program from any of the to institute like , IIM's , XLRI, Symbiosis. These programs are weekend programs and are available in various cities. If you have time then why don't you try for CA.
